  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

  • Australia: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

Delayed or Lost Shipments
