Refund policy

At UniKart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must be in resalable condition.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Products showing signs of use.

  • Gift cards.

  • Downloadable digital products.

  • Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items marked on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
